He started his financial services career in 2001, moving exclusively to mortgages in 2006. He has seen all aspects of mortgage origination working with retail banks, correspondent lenders, and mortgage brokerages throughout his career. Tim has seen thousands of transactions in all their iterations. He is the person other mortgage professionals turn to when they need advice. About Personal Tim 

He grew up in and around Tampa and Orlando Florida. He moved to Denver, Colorado in 2012 before finding his happy home in Durango, Colorado which he shares with his wife, adorable daughter, and two energetic dogs.
