With a strong background across all loan products—from first-time homebuyers to VA, Non-QM, and investment loans—Brandt takes pride in tailoring each mortgage strategy to fit his clients’ goals.

 

He began his career at Edge Home Finance, where he spent several years helping families secure financing, before moving to Mountain Goat Mortgage to continue serving homebuyers with a fresh focus and dedication.

 

When he’s not structuring loans, you’ll likely find Brandt on the water—boating, spearfishing, or scalloping with his wife and their two boys. For him, mortgage lending isn’t just about numbers; it’s about building relationships and giving families the confidence to step into their dream homes.
